III. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations:
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the process. Ship items back to us within 14 days of delivery. For cancellations, request within 1 hour of purchase.
IV. Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its status via email. The refund amount is the product price less packaging and shipping costs. For products with free shipping, a sum of $5.8 will be deducted. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days.
