Shipping
Each order is processed between 1 and 5 days after payment.
Standard shipping can take anywhere from 6 to 31 days, depending on your region. I personally package and ship all orders to New York, where they are then distributed around the world.
Northern American expedited shipping customers can expect delivery within 2-4 business days after the parcel is shipped (tracking number included).
International expedited shipping customers (only available for selected countries) can expect delivery within 6-14 business days (tracking number included).
U.S. and International DHL Express customers can expect delivery within 1-7 business days after the order is shipped, and you’ll also receive a tracking number. Please add your phone number to the order.
Unclaimed DHL deliveries are returned to me. To resend your shipment, you’ll be required to pay a $16 fee
Payment
ByYaeli Studio only accepts payments via PayPal, but you can use a Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card to pay through the PayPal platform. PayPal does not accept EFT or other payment methods at the moment.
Yes! PayPal is an established payment option that’s used around the globe. Every payment is safe and secure for the merchant and the customer.
Returns
ByYaeli Studio accepts returns of all products with the exception of personalized and customized pieces.
It’s the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping to return their order to Israel. Returns and exchanges can only be made once correspondence and agreement with me is established.

Gold-filled jewelry is made up of a solid layer of gold, mechanically bonded to a base of either sterling silver or some base metal.
This makes it both long-lasting and a lot more affordable than solid gold jewelry, while still delicate and beautiful.
